However, we're unlikely to be seeing arena tours anytime soon. One Bristol comedian has managed to attract an international audience during lockdowns through social media. Abi Clarke was not planning out to become an internet popular. Abi Clarke, a 24-year-old who lives in Henbury with her parents made her first video online to "build an audience of like-minded people who would be interested in my stand-up comic act." "I was performing a lot more shows in Devon to men aged 50 and older and I began making online videos in the hope that I could create an audience of people who would enjoy my stand up comedy," Abi said.
