Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born October 4, 1979. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also an actor on the TV shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice and also in Robot Chicken's and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was a daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker and JoAnn Cook, who is a cook instructor and weaver. She is part-Italian. Cook has made her public service announcement while in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children by the age 10 and appeared on national ads for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
